These are the LEGO EDUCATION CENTER offerings of Creative Brick Zone:

DUPLO Mechanics

(from 4 years) Children examining everything around them, and build and play with models that help them understand how everyday objects work. They are experimenting with concepts such as balance, stability and buoyancy.

LEGO® Education WeDoTM

(from 6 years) The exciting LEGO® Education WeDoTM concept is a fun and easy way to start working on simple robots. Children build models, assemble the simple sensors and motors that plug into their computers and configure the robots’ movements with the intuitive, icon-based software.

Science & Technology

(from 8 years) The children are given the opportunity for a deeper understanding of energy and how forces affect motion. They build more complex mechanisms and use them to make accurate observations, to measure and record and to construct their own solutions.

Pneumatics

(from 8 yrs.)- The word pneumatic comes from Greek that means air or wind. Pneumatics is today often synonymous with air pressure mechanisms. This is a great way to learn the basics of pneumatics and applying those principles when building the models.

Renewable Energy

(8 and older) Examine how you can use the energy from your own body and from sun, wind and water to generate electricity! The children will have a unique practical experience of different sources of renewable energy.

LEGO® MINDSTORMS® Education

(10 and older) Children build robots and use the software to plan and test for many different tasks robots perform in the real world. Robotics is an exciting way to make science, technology, engineering and math come to life for children.

Siblings to the child attending the workshop are welcome to play in the Brick Zone för 70 kr each time.
